Early access terms

Taika Studio is an early-access website planning workspace operated by Sales Squad Oy. Contact mikael@ssquad.info for support and service enquiries.

What early access includes

You can explore templates and design directions, create your own project, edit content and visual choices, and save or download your plan. A saved plan is not automatically a published customer website. Website delivery, hosting, AI generation and third-party integrations require a separately available service and an agreed scope.

Charges

Signing in or saving a project does not start a paid subscription. Early access has no payment requirement. Sandbox checkouts are restricted to authorized QA accounts and do not charge real money. Paid services require a separate offer specifying scope, price, taxes, delivery and cancellation terms before purchase.

Your content and account

You retain your rights to your content. Only upload material you are entitled to use and share. Keep your account and any project invitations secure. Do not use Studio to upload unlawful material, interfere with the service or access another customer's information.

Using your plan

Your exported plan is a design brief. Review its content, image licences, accessibility and any sector-specific requirements before publishing a website based on it. We use your uploaded content to operate the workspace and provide the services you request; you do not transfer ownership to us.

Availability and support

Early-access features may change. Keep your own exported copies of important work. Contact us to request account or project changes, including deletion. We will communicate material changes to paid services through their separately agreed terms. These early-access terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

See our privacy notice for how account and project information is handled.
